Do Teosyal injections hurt?

Can Teosyal replace surgical procedures?

No, although Teosyal is sometimes used in conjunction with surgery in order to fill out wrinkles that cannot be removed by surgery.

Can Teosyal be removed?

No. However, Teosyal dissolves naturally with time. If you feel uncertain about the desired result, you can choose to have the treatment done in steps on different occasions. If you feel that there is too much product in any one area, Hyaluronidase can be injected to reduce the volume of the product.

Are there any side effects?

The most common side effects are inflammatory reactions such as redness which may be associated with stinging or pain on pressure at the injection site. These reactions may last for a week. Swellings or nodules may develop at the injection site.
