Beginning in January 2009 Dr. Jodie will be bringing her 14 years experience as a dermatology associate to the Illumination clinic. 

By providing you with skin care services that fall within the scope of a family physician you gain additional options for treatment. Patients that have a family doctor will be required to provide a referral from that doctor so that OHIP regulations can be followed.

We provide treatment for,

• warts on hands, feet & genitals
• moles
• pigmented lesions
• skin tags
• acne, including acutane and acutane follow up
• actinic keratosis
• sebaceous keratosis
• mollescum
• milia

Liquid Nitrogen is available as a treatment option where appropriate.

Where a skin condition warrants further investigation, a biopsy will be conducted at the office. Referral to a dermatologist or surgeon will be made following diagnosis.

If a service is not covered under OHIP a fee will be charged. Private pay fees, where OHIP considers the treatment 'cosmetic' are billed and due on the day of service. Warts, skin tags, seborrheic AK's and Milia are $25 per lesion and $40 for mulitple lesions to a maximum of 10 lesions per appointment.
